This is the first year we let Lauren help with decorating the tree. The last few years, the tree would be decorated when she was asleep or at daycare. We needed new lights and Lauren insisted on getting colored lights. "Its a pattern mama, and its so beautiful!" I tried to convince her to get the white lights using multiple tactics at the store, but at the end she stuck to the colored lights and we came home with them. Lauren loved decorating the tree and everyday would look at the ornaments and move them around. And she received her first ornament from miss Nadine from across the street.

3 years difference
We can't believe what a difference three years has made. Here she is in 2012, not even 2 months home and here she is this year. Stop growing so fast!
Santa 2015
Lauren was all about Santa this year. She got that he was "watching" and was extra good to make sure that Santa brought her what he asked for. The three things on the list were, Peppa Pig House, Elsa dress, and a necklace.
She is also into writing these days and wrote the list to Santa with the three things she wanted.

Thanksgiving in San Francisco
A mother/daughter trip to San Francisco for Thanksgiving break. Lauren was a great traveller! Here are the highlights of our trip.
We celebrated Kirra's 5th birthday with a pottery painting party and a home sushi party. Happy birthday Kirra! So happy we got to celebrate with you.
Lauren was introduced to a cement slide at Golden Gate Park and was hooked from her first time down!
Seeing the bears up close while they were being fed made the trip to the SF Zoo memora
The SF must stop by places included a coffee shop(Philz Coffee), clam chowder at Cliff House, and muni/BART ride to Union Square.
The parks and beach of course! And who can forget your first time on a skateboard!
Thank you for a great vacation Bogarts! See you soon!

Blaze away!
Our tomboy princess (thanks to Tia Pita who had a custom made blue and green tutu for her!) loves Blaze and the Monster Machine. This was one of the favorite gifts for this birthday!
