Sitting still (Or NOT!)

Those who know Lauren know that she is a wiggler, our own wiggle worm.  Here are the pics from the ceremony to memorialize how our little girl sits still.  (or not!)

The good news is that she stayed seated which was the instruction the teacher gave!

Govanny!

Govanny has been Lauren's special friend since day one of school.  He was the first person she made friends with.  And the teachers report that he is always looking out for her.  So it is fitting that he gets his own post!

Thank you Govanny for being a great friend~!   We will always remember you!

Goodbye Pre-School

And just like that Lauren has completed two years of pre-school at Buffum TLC.  We are so grateful for Ms Mantel who played a vital role in Lauren's first years of learning.   She has made tremendous growth in the two years at Buffum.  Thank you Ms Mantel!

We see stars in your future!  Congratulations Lauren!  We are very proud of you!

Adventure City

A fun day at Adventure City with the cousins.  Lauren showed everyone the around and was an expert rider on all rides.   The last time we came, she was timid and hesitant for the first hour and a half.  Not this time!  Her favorite is the hot air balloon ride which she says, "goes up and up, and up to the sky!"  Thank god tante Joanie was a good sport and rode the ride with her over and over.  She also went on her first roller coaster and loved it!  (yikes!!)   The yellow bus was a hit with all the kids as well, see the expressions on their faces!   A great day for all the kids.
