The Referral Picture

Here is the picture of the referral picture that we received along with medical records in April to ask if we would accept the referral of this little girl.  In this picture she is 14 mos old.  Of course we said yes!  Currently she is residing in the Child Welfare Institute (orphanage) of Dongguan in Guangzhou. 

We can't wait to get her home!

Happy Birthday #2 Lauren!

Happy Birthday Lauren!  On your second birthday we wish you lots of fun and laughter.  May the year bring you lots of love and learnings.  We wish we were there to celebrate with you.  We hope that you got the care package and birthday cake we sent you! 

This will be your last birthday in China.  We are grateful to all the nannies that have taken care of you these last two years.  We are counting the days until we meet you!  We are so excited!  One more month until we see you and we will celebrate again!

Happy Birthday sweet girl!  We love you to the China moon and back!
